ARTWORK GUIDELINES

Artwork to be supplied in either Corel Draw 15 (or lower) or PDF format
Colour format: CMYK
No RGB or spot colours – We automatically convert these to cmyk and therefore the colour may change. We will not be held responsible for the colour change.
Borders will not be guaranteed to be even all round during cutting
Convert all lenses, fills, embedded objects, clip art, drop shadows, etc. to CMYK bitmaps
Layered artwork should be flattened
All text to be converted to curves or embedded
All artwork must have 3mm – 5mm bleed all round (extends beyond the trim edge of
your printed piece)
No text or logos or essential information must not be closer than 3 mm – 5mm to the
edge (inside of artwork)
Avoid using text that is smaller than 7 points that are made up of more than process
colour.
All jpeg files to be at least 350 to 400 dpi
5 % variability in colour must be anticipated if not a pantone colour
Digital and Litho colours has a 5% variation
All artwork must be supplied print ready
